We love creating elevated, modern yet classic spaces that stand the test of time. Katherine Anne Interiors works with each client at the beginning of a project to understand your personal style as well as your functional needs. The end result is a design totally customized to you, your family, your pets, and your lifestyle.

Our design services are billed with a flat fee so you know what to expect. This flat fee is determined based on estimated hours worked on the project. Some projects are small (sourcing artwork or finding new light fixtures) and some are much more involved (a whole-home transformation). The design fee covers everything outlined in the agreed-upon scope with no surprise charges.

Additional fees apply if you choose to expand beyond the original scope, and we’ll always discuss that with you first.

Working with Katherine Anne Interiors is a collaborative process. We communicate via email, phone, Zoom or Google Meet, and share documents via PDF or Slides to present our design vision. If we are working together virtually, we may mail samples, and if we are working together locally, we may deliver design presentations in person.

Yes. At the start of the project, we ask for your overall project budget and preferences on key pieces so we can make selections aligned with your financial priorities. Throughout the process, Katherine presents options at various price points, discussing trade-offs and alternatives when necessary so you arrive at the best choices for both your design vision and budget.
